I like that HR Plus has a very simple user interface, making it easy to navigate. I find it very easy to log in, and I also appreciate being able to switch between organizations without having to log in or out. This feature is valuable because it lets me access everything from one space, especially when I'm attached to multiple entities. The setup was rather easy, which is another benefit.
