TriNet HR Plus is very easy to use as the prompts are simple to follow. My experience with onboarding staff, creating PTO policies and initiating the process to move from a manual performance process to an automated process was seamless and if I needed any help my Trinet contact Corey was there to help. I can't say that I've had any issues arise from upgrading to HR Plus. Most of the concerns I had were with the previous option that did not include the type of support available via HR Plus. I enjoy how user friendly it is to use and the support available if needed. I've received support from some outstanding HR Advisors and legal staff when needed. For example, I've called to seek advice on multiple state leave laws for employees going out on leave; employees in bargaining unit on leave and not having returned from leave and other issues. I'm always paired with a knowledgeable advisor that provides guidance and send me supporting information to ensure I am empowered to move forward with the tools and resources I need for the situation I contacted them about. I do hope one day it all comes as one bundle with everything included. For example, our agency currently does not have the recruitment add-on and it would be lovely if it were included.
