I like that Tribepad makes recruitment easier and more organised. I can manage applications in one place, track candidates through the hiring process and communicate with them effectively. It reduces manual admin and saves time, and it creates a smoother experience for candidates. I also like that it isn’t complicated to use, is user-friendly and easy to navigate, and works well for collaborating with hiring managers. Some tasks still take a few clicks to get to, and setting up team interviews is a bit tedious when I’m juggling multiple slots and candidates. It takes many clicks and repetition. When there are lots of CVs for one role, the filter options are very limited; I’d like more ways to filter candidates, such as by university. Tribepad has a lot of data, but it isn’t easy to understand the Insights tool or create customized reports, so more automation and a better understanding of the tool would help.
