They have a small team of Tribepad experts that know the platform inside and out. There's no layers of bureaucracy to get through to get an answer, everyone working there genuinely cares about the product, you can tell. The platform is clearly in need of an update to bring all the new features together, but this is being released in a few months as Tribepad 2.0 anyway so this will be addressed. Outside of that, despite flexibility being a core benefit of the platform, sometimes that flexibility means that things that you're trying to achieve can get in the way of each other, or have invisible barriers as to why you can't achieve a certain goal.
