"Seamless Integration, Super Convenient"

What do you like best about Tribble?

I like that Tribble is integrated into Slack, which is the best use case for it. It keeps me working where I am without needing to switch to a different application. Everything is integrated into Slack, which is super helpful and very convenient. As an end user, I appreciate the buttons built out within Tribble, which are super helpful and categorized, so I know exactly where to look. Once I click a button, Tribble asks follow-up questions, making it easier to find the information I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tribble?

I think the only thing I want Tribble to do is to be able to connect to more of my business applications. I don't believe that is a Tribble limitation though, I think that is my company's decision on which apps that they allow to integrate into Tribble. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tribble solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tribble helps me find answers in real time, avoiding delays in customer follow-ups. It speeds up getting answers to internal questions, increasing my productivity. As a new employee at Sprout, it has reduced the time it takes for me to find answers about our product, customers, etc. which makes the entire onboarding and learning process so much more enjoyable.
