What do you like best about Tribble?

After more than a year of using Tribble, it has proven to be one of the most dependable and value‑adding tools in our workflow. What initially served as a much‑needed boost to our RFP process has evolved into a connected platform that supports collaboration and content management across the entire organization.

One of the biggest advantages is how easily Tribble fits into our existing systems. It integrates smoothly with SharePoint, our internal web resources, and now Slack—each integration bringing measurable improvements. The Slack connection has been especially impactful: SMEs can jump into channel discussions, review content on the spot, and respond to requests without delays. This has greatly reduced the typical slowdowns associated with gathering inputs or clarifications during the RFP cycle.

Tribble has also become a core part of our Deal Desk operations. We use it for every RFx, and it continues to deliver consistent, dependable results. With the introduction of Tribble Chat to Sales and Customer Success, its usefulness has expanded even further. These teams now have quick access to reliable answers, reducing unnecessary back-and-forth and helping them stay productive.

The AI capabilities are another strong point. Tribble offers helpful response suggestions, creates well‑structured drafts, and keeps content aligned across different documents. Centralizing information in one platform has made collaboration smoother and eliminated duplicated work across teams.

What do you dislike about Tribble?

One improvement I would appreciate is the ability to save the finalized output directly within the project. Having a built‑in option to store the completed version would make it easier to reference, track, and share final deliverables. What problems is Tribble solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tribble has significantly reduced the manual work involved in our RFx process. Tasks that once required extensive drafting, searching for accurate content, and double‑checking for consistency are now streamlined through the platform’s AI capabilities. This has freed up a considerable amount of time for our team, allowing us to focus on higher‑value work.

The integration with Slack and the expansion into team‑specific workflows have strengthened these benefits even further. SMEs can respond quickly within shared channels, helping resolve questions faster and reducing bottlenecks.

Centralizing all of our approved content in one place has also helped eliminate duplicate answers and prevent issues with outdated information. This ensures that every submission is built on the most accurate and consistent content available.

By using Tribble across Deal Desk, Sales, and Customer Success, we’ve created more unified messaging across the organization.
