**What do you like best about Tribble?**

We used to have resources scattered everywhere — from Slack threads to internal docs — and Tribble has been an absolute game changer. It helps me quickly find the information I need, exactly when I need it. It’s also been incredibly helpful during customer calls; if I’m unsure about a question, I can just message Tribble and get the right answer on the spot. Big fan!

**What do you dislike about Tribble?**

Haven't found anything I dislike about it yet which is rare.

**What problems is Tribble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Info is all over the place
We’ve got stuff in Slack, random docs, old decks — it’s chaotic. Tribble makes it way easier to just ask a question and get the exact info I need without wasting time digging.

Saves me during live calls
If a prospect asks something I’m not 100% sure about, I can hit up Tribble on the spot and get a clear answer fast. It’s been clutch for keeping conversations smooth and confident.

Keeps my messaging consistent
Instead of guessing or relying on memory, I know what I’m saying is right. It helps me stay aligned with the rest of the team and sound like I actually know what I’m talking about.

**What do you like best about Tribble?**

Tribble's ability to connect the dots between our CRM, and all of our internal documentation and content repositories rolled into one. With quick queries, Tribble can surface insights in seconds. It's so fast, in fact, that I often search product-specific capabilities during calls if a customer has a question. Before, this would have to go into my meeting recap. Now, I can provide that answer in real-time.

**What do you dislike about Tribble?**

One recommendation I have for Tribble would be the ability to autonomously re-initiate my previous queries. For example, I'm prospecting and I asked a specific question about companies in my book of business that fit a certain outbound play I'm running. I grab those companies and begin outreach. Days or weeks later, I'd love for Tribble to have the ability to recognize real-world triggers that would then categorize new companies into my previous query, recognize these companies now fit my criteria, and prompt me that new companies fit my previous ask.

**What problems is Tribble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem that Tribble solves for me is product knowledge. Previously, our teams would have to dig through pages and pages of content to find one, very niche, answer to a customer capability question. Now, I can have that information in seconds with detailed explanations. Not only does this help speed up my manual research by hours, but I'm able to learn more about our products because I can focus on learning about what our solution is capable of rather than where to find the information.

**What do you like best about Tribble?**

Tribble’s ability to integrate with the tools and platforms we use most, and to connect with our most relevant data, is incredibly helpful for pulling everything together and getting the most out of our tech stack.

The ability to ask questions that pull from Gong, Highspot, Salesforce, Confluence, etc. saves an incredible amount of time - without it, we'd have to manually check all the different tools we use and try to see the bigger picture on our own. 

I've also found it the most intuitive way to build workflows; having the Tribble agent guide you through the creation process (and then do all the work on the backend) makes the process so much easier than I've experienced with other tools.

**What do you dislike about Tribble?**

There's definitely a learning curve when it comes to training Tribble and "teaching it" - I know a lot of work went into giving it all the sources and connections it needed to be most effective. That being said, we'd rather do that work on the front-end and have it work incredibly well now.

**What problems is Tribble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Tribble, we spent a lot of time looking for data, answers, and information across a wide variety of platforms and those platforms didn't always have the best native search capabilities. Tribble solves for that, and adds on analysis and insight rather than just surfacing raw information. 

Both for myself and the teams I support, Tribble has been an absolute game-changer: it saves time, it simplifies workflows, and gives everyone time back for more strategic activities.

**What do you like best about Tribble?**

Tribble is friendly, responsive, trainable, and context grounded in the most important internal and public knowledge sources about our companies products which makes its answers spot on 80-90% of the time with good prompting. Every other AI model I've tried is far below this number.

**What do you dislike about Tribble?**

I love the name because I'm a Star Trek fan but many of my team struggles to understand what I'm saying when I say Tribble and how to spell it. I finally built a great "How to get started" document and 20min video which is helping more people on my team use it. I wish more quick hit videos were on the Tribble.ai website and YouTube to help people self-enable.

**What problems is Tribble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I always use Tribble as my first source for answering complex questions requiring deep technical knowledge, spanning, public, and internal data source sources. The answers are usually 80%-90% accurate requiring minor refinement.

It also allows me to easily search Salesforce without becoming an Salesforce reporting expert.

I first used Tribble to build a 200 question sales training/certification exam for our sales and sales engineer team last year that was very effective.

Tribble is also great at troubleshooting, customer environment issues, error messages, and answering complex product, sales, and licensing questions.

I just use Tribble yesterday to counter an incorrect open-source competitive feature by feature comparison table that a customer built that was inaccurate about our product. It created a much better response in under a minute with data and links to back it up.

**What do you like best about Tribble?**

Tribble is quite intuitive the more specific you are with prompts and workflows the better responses you will receive. There is some trial and error that takes place like any AI tool but Tribble makes it easy to streamline and inform areas of my sales process: Pipeline generation, outbound, negotiation, proposal, fly-overs etc.

**What do you dislike about Tribble?**

Sometimes tribble breaks or lags and it takes a while to process a response, sometimes prompting me to exit out of slack or take a break from using Tribble until it buffers

**What problems is Tribble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tribble is solving for efficiency in my sales process, helping me to make more informed decisions, and speeding up the way I deliver on daily outbound activity, and deal progression.

Tribble has made my job so much easier, from building product knowledge to doing account research and understanding previous conversations with our customers. Before Tribble, it took me a lot of time to track down this information. With Tribble, I can simply ask what I need to know, and it pulls together the answer using our company’s data. It has truly been a game changer.

**What do you dislike about Tribble?**

I haven't come across anything I dislike about Tribble.

**What problems is Tribble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tribble helps me with so much. I can run account overviews that summarize past conversations and meetings, and it even recommends growth opportunities based on those conversations. I use it daily to pull up my top accounts and write emails to prospects using custom account research. I also rely on it a lot for product knowledge. I used to have to track down answers about pricing, CPQ, contracts, and related details. Now I just ask Tribble.

**What do you like best about Tribble?**

I love how Tribble generates a full first draft for big RFPs in under an hour, something that used to take me days. The confidence scores help me focus review time only where it's needed, and the Slack integration for routing questions to SEs is a game-changer. The compounding effect of answers getting better and faster with every use is real, and the analytics showing turnaround time improvements have made a big impression with leadership. I also appreciate not having to manually update a content library—Tribble learns from what we approve and connects to our docs automatically.

**What do you dislike about Tribble?**

The initial setup was more involved than I expected, especially connecting to SharePoint and Confluence, which required IT and took about a week. Also, the UI has changed a few times recently, and while I get that it's due to fast product updates, it can be disorienting when buttons move or things look different. Exporting is generally good, but we did hit a minor snag with Excel formatting due to merged cells.

**What problems is Tribble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Tribble, we were manually piecing together proposals from a shared drive full of old responses—searching, copy-pasting, and rewriting stale answers. Our SEs were constantly bottlenecked because we’d forward them emails with little to no context and ask them to respond to big blocks of questions. Turnaround for a typical RFP was 11 days.

Now, with Tribble, first drafts that used to take 2 days are done in under an hour, our overall turnaround is down to 7 days, and we’ve gone from handling 8–10 RFPs per month to 14+ without adding headcount. The SE routing through Slack alone has probably saved us 20+ hours a month in back-and-forth.

Tribble helps me in various different areas of my process, whether it's giving me a deal health check, assisting with a flyover/messaging, or surfacing relevant accounts to reach out to.

Sometimes I have to double-check the data as it's not always 100% accurate. For example, when Tribble surfaces an account for me to reach out to, it doesn't always accurately show whether they are a current customer or a new business opportunity so I'll have to double-check as the messaging would be different.

Tribble helps me keep my pipeline updated by giving me a run-down of where each deal is at, which ones need updating, and what the next step is.

The Benefit: Tribble acts as the fastest, most accurate way to process data and deliver it in an accessible format. This eliminates manual data bottlenecks, allowing you to move quickly and accelerate your overall workflow.

**What do you like best about Tribble?**

It’s connected across so many of our internal data sources that I can ask complex questions and it will pull from different domains to give me a complete picture of what I’m trying to understand. Even when I ask it to cover a lot of material, it can still synthesize everything into actionable steps, often producing real, valuable outputs like decks and templates. It’s also easy to navigate, whether I’m creating a workflow, using an existing one, or simply having a conversation with the tool.

**What do you dislike about Tribble?**

Sometimes the larger tasks or workflows do no load properly which require the tool to be re-prompted, however that is usually enough to fix it!

**What problems is Tribble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping me save hours of time in account research to understand what was already covered, who was involved, and why they may have looked at our product or even why they are a good fit. It can even pull what is happening with them to help signal compelling events and reasons to take action with.
