4/5

What do you like best about TrialKit?

TrialKit offers many features compared to other solutions. It covers a wide range of clinical trial needs and supports building more complex trial structures when required. Additionally, the knowledge base is verycomprehensive, and access to an EDI AI also makes it easier to quickly find the information you need. In addition, it is worth highlithing the excellent support provided by the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrialKit?

The software is quite complex when it comes to designing a clinical trial structure. It has a relatively steep learning curve because there are many factors that need to be taken into account. The ability to configure many aspects of the study is definitely an advantage, but it also means it takes a significant amount of time to become familiar with the system in detail. In my experience, most of its functionality is best learned through hands-on use in a production environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
