I want to share one experience I faced, when I upgraded servers from Windows lower to higher version then it failed to adapt (though in place upgrade). Later it stopped working and when I tried to repair it did not work so ultimately I had to remove everything and install but it was not easy. Point here is uninstall/cleanup is not easy (1 click solution should be). It binds several registry entries and many times that failed to clean. Customer care also not responsive enough.
