It's important that potential research participants know a real incentive is available to them and there won't be issues receiving or spending their rewards. Customer trust is one of the most valuable currencies we have and it’s easy to lose it.

For me, personally, research operations (i.e. the administrative side) is, like, the least fun and yet very-important-to-get-right part of my job. Tremendous at least makes it quick, easy, and painless. It’s also really easy to get the receipts and tax invoices our accounts team need to reconcile everything.
