What do you like best about Trellus - Real-time cold call AI assistant?

This is the only dialer I’ve used that truly feels like it was built not just for reps, but for managers too, without needing a PhD to figure it out. It’s easy to use, and the amount you can adjust to fit your own preferences is genuinely delightful. What do you dislike about Trellus - Real-time cold call AI assistant?

The scorecards and coaching aspect is something I can see the potential of but doesn't seem to be at the same quality of depth as the rest of the product. It is not something I pay attention to or use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Trellus - Real-time cold call AI assistant solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our ICP is local SMBs, and we use a high-volume outreach approach. That means automatic number management, local dialing, and strong pickup rates are all critical to our success. We’ve used tools like Kixie, JustCall, CRM-native dialers, and Salesloft, and all of them were very poor compared to Trellus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
