What do you like best about Trellus - Real-time cold call AI assistant?

Trellus has been a real game changer for me as a cold caller. One of the biggest benefits is how much time it saves on administration. It automatically inputs notes against each record, which means I spend less time on manual data entry and more time speaking with prospects.

I often work across multiple campaigns, and Trellus makes it easy to keep everything organised. It tracks each campaign separately and breaks down the results clearly, so I can quickly see my performance and progress across different projects.

What do you dislike about Trellus - Real-time cold call AI assistant?

I wouldn't say there are any major dislikes, but there are a few improvements I would recommend.

Firstly, it would be helpful if users could name their lists or campaigns within the platform rather than having to identify them by number. This would make it much easier to manage and track multiple campaigns.

Secondly, the callback feature could be improved. While the notifications are useful, you still need to spend time finding the person who called you back. A more direct way of accessing callback records would make the process more efficient.

The AI call tracking is a great feature overall, but I have noticed that it can sometimes misclassify the outcome of a call. For example, if a prospect initially gives a brush off objection but the conversation is turned around and results in a meeting being booked or a follow up being arranged, the AI may still classify the call as a brush off rather than recognising the final outcome. This could potentially be user error on my part, but it is something I have noticed and feel could be improved.

Overall, these are relatively minor points, and the benefits of the platform far outweigh them. Trellus has still had a significant positive impact on my productivity and workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Trellus - Real-time cold call AI assistant solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest benefit for me is the amount of time Trellus saves on administration. Tasks that would normally take up a large part of my day are automated, allowing me to focus on speaking with prospects rather than updating records and spreadsheets.

What would typically take me an 8 hour working day can often be achieved in around 2 hours while still delivering the same results. The platform automatically records notes, tracks activity, and monitors campaign performance, which removes a huge amount of manual work.

Another feature I find particularly valuable is the campaign tracking. As someone who works across multiple campaigns, Trellus breaks down the results for each campaign automatically, so I no longer have to manually track outcomes or compile reports myself.
