What do you like best about Trello?

What I like a lot about Trello is that it is really easy to use. Performance is optimal, and the huge amount of free features that it provides make this application an awesome project manager. What do you dislike about Trello?

There is only one thing I miss, but it is quite specific and there is for sure a reason why this feature is not there. When talking about automation and rules, I would like to have as action the possibility to change the Cover of an added card. However, as I say, it is a very small and specific detail. What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?

I like to have my tasks in a single place and in a very organised way. And with tasks I mean personal stuff, work-related tasks, etcetera. With Trello, every time I have something in my head that I am afraid to forget, I create a new task so I can easily review it later. What do you like best about Trello?

What I like most about Trello is how it stays “invisible” while still keeping my entire workflow organized. I don’t have to fight with complicated settings or dig through menus—Trello just lets me drag, drop, and keep moving. The visual boards make it unbelievably easy to understand what’s happening in a project at a glance. I can step away, come back after a busy day, and still know exactly where everything is. What do you dislike about Trello?

The only thing I dislike is that once your team gets comfortable, the boards can get crowded fast. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it would be nice if Trello had an automatic “board cleanup suggestion” that helps remove or archive old tasks when things get too full. "Love the Simplicity, Wish it Grew Faster With Us"

What do you like best about Trello?

Trello grows organically, We started with one board to track blog post ideas, then expanded to operate our onboarding process, then client deliverables, all using the same board design with tweaks. Because the UI stayed the same, the team didn't treat the growth as a "new tool" it was just "extra boards". The meant has training, more uptake. What I really appreciate about Trello is how it removes friction when getting everyone aligned. In our team, people have very different comfort levels with tools -- some live detailed trackers, other just want to tick off a task and move on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

As we grew to many boards and dozens of members, the "one board = one view" structure began showing cracks. We found ourselves constantly switching between boards, often losing context: "Which board was the card in again?" What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Trello, small things like content approvals or client feedback easily got buried in massages. Now, every task has its own "home", so noting gets lost. The biggest benefit is transparency -- no one has to ask, "who's doing this?" or "what's next?" it's all visible on one board. It's also made onboarding new team members much easier. Instead of explaining our process step by step, we just add them to our Trello board -- they can literally see how things move from start to finish. What do you like best about Trello?

What I like most about Trello is how it translates work into something visual. Instead of digging through emails or ling text threads, I can glance at a board and instantly understand who's working on what, what's blocked, and what's ready to move forward. Trello's simplicity is it's strength -- adding cards, tagging teammates, attaching files, or dropping checklists takes seconds. I also appreciate how flexible the boards are. "Effortless List Management Makes Organization a Breeze"

What do you like best about Trello?

I think I like the visuals more. I need to see things. I like that I can add a photo to represent the job and make it the cover. They have added a completion circle I can add when I know I am done along with the checklist that shows me my progress. I can look and see what needs to be done next. I like that I can also make cards into templates. I use Trello to manage my 2 businesses for Graphic Design and other projects. The projects are also easier to find by searching than on the couputer's search files feature. I say this because the project contents may not always be what I am searching for. Maybe I need to find an ad that has Cyndi's photo, not necessarily about Car Insurance or whatever. It was easy for me to implement and I have used it mostly the same for 5 or more years. I use it daily. I have it up on a computer now and I have the phone app. The phone app is great because sometimes you are where you can't write things down and I can start a Card/Job Ticket right away, even if it is fairly informal when I put it in. What do you dislike about Trello?

I think the support could be better or offer a better AI Support. There may be addons that I can put on it to make it better but I have not fully researched it. There used to be an add on with numbers for each card and I liked it because it helped me see what was coming in and out first. I complemented the search but I think it can be better. What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves the problem of keeping things organized. I get a lot of projects from a lot of people. Sometimes I just get a small piece of what I need and I store it on the card. Then as the project progresses I put all the items I need and directions on the card. Sometimes people text and sometimes they email. I even get items through Facebook Messenger and it lets me put all the items direcly on the card from my phone so that then when I can go to my computer when it is time to work I have everything I need.
