I use Trello every day in my work as a Virtual Assistant / Administrative Support to organize my tasks and track my progress. I usually create boards for different projects or clients, then add cards for daily tasks like data entry, updating documents, following up on requests, and monitoring ongoing work.

I really like using checklists inside cards because it helps me break tasks into smaller steps. I also use due dates and labels to manage priorities and make sure deadlines are met. The drag-and-drop feature makes it easy to move tasks as I work, so I always know what still needs to be done.

Pricing to get access to advanced features but I don't use it for that ultimately so for FREE it is still a great product. I use Trello as my visual control tower for managing the backlog. Trello kills chaos by providing visibility of task evolutions. I like the visual aspect of it and how we can delegate tasks to people and follow their work. Switching to Trello from Excel was prompted by its better visual appeal.
