What do you like best about Trello?

I find most useful is the checklist inside each task. Breaking down a bigger task into 3-4 small checkboxes keeps things clear and organized. The app is mobile friendly, even if I get an idea of task while away from my tab and laptops, I add it from my phone instantly. The color labels and background photo labels make it really easy to separate from regular tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

When a board gets more than 30 or 40 cards, it starts to look very disorganized and hard to navigate. Scrolling sideways on laptop trackpad gets frustrating after some time. Searching for an old card that was archived weeks ago is not easy unless you know the exact title. The free plan also limits some useful features, so you have to upgrade if you want things like timeline or calendar view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Trello, my daily tasks and work reminders were scattered in messy notebooks, random chats. Because of that, deadlines, important work were easily forgotten. Trello gives me a single screen where I can see everything in one place every morning. I immediately know what is urgent and what can wait, it saves me at least 20-30 min of confusion every day and keeps my daily work proper without any stress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
