What I like best about Trello is that it is easy to use, and I like drag-and-drop because it saves us hours each week, and no training was needed for my team. Performance is great; it never lags, even on your phone. I also liked the integrations where we connected Slack, Google Drive, and Gmail easily without extra costs, and the free plan was enough for us to start. ROI was good at the beginning; support and onboarding were also simple. We set up our first board within 10 minutes using their templates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Trello is good for small teams, not growing teams. What I dislike about Trello is the pricing/ROI when you need to grow. To get advanced features, you need many power-ups, and it gets expensive compared to ClickUp, which includes everything. Performance is good for small boards, but big-board integration is limited. We couldn't do thorough reporting; there's no real onboarding for complex workflows, and AI features are almost non-existent compared to ClickUp. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
