What do you like best about Trello?

I like Trello because its clean, visual UI/UX makes organizing tasks and projects simple. What do you dislike about Trello?

Trello is easy to use, but the UI/UX can feel crowded when managing large projects with many cards and boards. Onboarding is simple, but support could be more responsive for complex issues. AI features are useful, but I would like more advanced automation and intelligence.
