What do you like best about Trello?

I like that I can make checklists the best, and I am able to see what my coworkers are working on, as well. In this way, I always remember all the work I have completed and can reference projects others are competing to see if they need help. It is wonderful that I can feel more in check with everyone else, and more responsible for my own tasks without the hassle of forgetting things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trello?

I dislike how small the board is at times, and sometimes when the board is full, it can be hard to manage everything. I also don't like the drag and drop system, or having to assign myself to a task every time. I also dislike that it doesn't save checklists for similar projects, where I am always having to type out information again and again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Trello:

I think Trello is a great tool for small businesses and for guiding interns. It helps with project management and remembering tasks that need to be completed. It's also great for introducing ideas. However, make sure your teams are small (4-5 people), and ensure that everyone puts a picture on their account, so that you can see who is doing what with more ease. I think it's great if you like to switch between your phone and computer because it works easily on both fronts, so definitely use it if you are a multi-tasker with multiple devices. What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am solving a problem by mapping out my assignments. In this way, I know what I am working on and my boss knows, so we are both on the same page. I have realized that Trello is a godsend when you have multiple projects at once and need to reference them because you have forgotten what direction to take next.
