What do you like best about Tread Bulk Materials Dispatch Software?

I love that this is a software built for aggregates based companies that has the ability to accommodate more. In our industry it seems like we always get everyone else’s software that’s slightly adapted to us and it’s never quite right. This one originated for sand and gravel and those types of materials and you can tell the difference. The AI features eliminate the need for drivers to key everything in from each ticket and that has been a huge help not only to them, but in accuracy on our back office. What do you dislike about Tread Bulk Materials Dispatch Software?

The reporting area still needs some work, but to make up for that their team has been quick and responsive to generate custom reports that we have needed to assist our management of operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tread Bulk Materials Dispatch Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tread has created a unifying spot for all of our information. We preciously lived in about 4 different spreadsheets and all of those have been consolidated into just Tread. The ease of dispatch and communication with other carriers and owner operators has proved very useful, and as they further develop their quoting and payments to drivers side we will see a truly start to finish platform and we really look forward to that.
