What problems is Tray solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tray is great tool that has lot of potential for automation daily task, which could save lot of time and effort. It is particularly well-suited for business that deal with hundreds or thousands of emails each day or for e-commerce companies that need to manage large volume of orders and customer interaction.
