Standard optionality and baseline features you would expect from a travel portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)? The system requires a lot of human interaction from the travelperks side. They are supported out of the EU so the time zones are a nightmare for US employees. As one example of many of the issues we faced with travelperks: we had a director have her flight canceled while she was standing at the gate. The system did not allow her to book on her own through the app and the travelperk "concierge" rep told her that they would get back to her in 2-4 hours for assistance. This clearly did not work for us or the person stranded at the airport. Booking train travel in the US was not an option at scale for us with TravelPerks. In the EU, it worked great. Recommendations to others considering Perk (formerly TravelPerk): If you are based in the US, go elsewhere for this need. If you are an EU company trying to select 1 travel platform for your people across the globe outside the EU, look elsewhere.
