Transpond integrates neatly with Capsule. These platforms have everything you need, without the big price tag of similar software. It's very intuitive and easy to use, but best of all, the support team are extremely helpful, they're happy to answer and walk you through the best way to set things up. And there's always a good solution to I needed, in a way that's not overly complicated Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Haven't encountered any downsides. Not as customisable as some larger platforms, but the trade off in simplicity is very worthwhile Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
