Before using Transket, our customer onboarding and support process relied on email, support tickets, and phone calls. As our customer base grew, onboarding became slower, support requests piled up, and our team spent a significant amount of time answering repetitive questions instead of helping customers with more complex issues.
The biggest improvement has been the combination of the Shared Inbox, Chatbot, and Workflow Automation. The chatbot handles common onboarding and verification questions instantly, while workflow automation keeps customers moving through the process without requiring constant manual follow-up. The Shared Inbox also gives our customer success team better visibility into every conversation, making collaboration much easier than managing separate communication channels.
Another feature I've found particularly valuable is Consent Analytics. Since we work in fintech, understanding customer consent and communication preferences is important, and having those insights readily available helps us manage customer interactions more effectively.
Overall, Transket has significantly reduced our support workload while making onboarding much smoother for new customers. Faster response times and better team coordination have also improved the overall customer experience. After using it for the past two months, it's become an important part of how our customer success team communicates with customers every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Overall, my experience has been positive, but there are still a few areas where I'd like to see the platform continue improving. Since we work in fintech, deeper integrations with banking systems and financial platforms would make the onboarding and verification process even more seamless and reduce manual work further.
I'd also like to see the analytics continue to expand. Consent Analytics is already a useful feature, and additional reporting around customer journeys, onboarding completion, and support performance would provide even more actionable insights for customer success teams.
None of these are deal breakers, though. The platform already solves our core challenges well, and the improvements I'm looking for would mainly make an already useful solution even stronger. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
