The technical solution works well for us and uptime has been good for our fleet. The people work with us to develop creative solutions to meet our business challenges. They tell us what they are able to do and provide alternatives if our desired function or feature can't be built exactly as we envision it. The people are empathetic to our needs and do what they can to give us the solutions we request. I have had many experiences where the people at Transflo have gone above and beyond to help us when needed. As a result of these efforts together, we have a very comprehensive and functional incab solution for our drivers. All of these factors have made us feel like we have a true partnership. Transflo may not always have the exact solution that fits perfectly. With an integrated solution, there are going to be compromises as there are interactions across multiple platforms to consider. New incab version implementations have sometimes uncovered unforeseen technical issues; having a structured implementation/fallback plan is important. The separate Geotab ELD as part of a packaged solution was once an issue but Transflo added talent a few years back which have fortified their ability to support the overall solution.
