The staff are the most helpful. They are knowledgeable and helpful with solving issues and educating our Team about the very powerful features of the platform. Discover, tagging, assessment that sync responses to the inventory and custom fields are amazing. Ease of use, implementation, integration and silo discovery are great. What problems is Transcend solving and how is that benefiting you? Silo discovery helps us move away from a system of trust, to a system of record. This is great, because the business often times does not know which systems they are processing data on. Transcend is able to help us with more accurate reporting and data mapping.
