I liked how efficient the course was and how much information I got from it. The individual experiences people shared, along with scenarios and questions I could answer, were especially effective in helping me understand the content and engage with it in different contexts. I found the videos and modules effective at communicating the information in a timely manner. Getting started was very easy: I clicked the link in the email, went to my assigned training, and began. I think the training could use a more human-first approach. A host speaking directly to the audience in a podcast-style video, with their face on camera, would be more helpful than a robotic-sounding voice.
