What do you like best about Traizr Mailroom Management Software?

It’s quick to use and doesn’t require much training. For us, the biggest advantage is the automatic notifications. Being able to look back through delivery records is also really helpful whenever we need to confirm what happened with a specific parcel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Traizr Mailroom Management Software?

There are still a few areas where the reporting and dashboard could be more flexible. We’d like the option to customise certain views and reports so they better reflect how our facilities team monitors activity. That said, this hasn’t prevented us from getting good value from the system overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Traizr Mailroom Management Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our reception and facilities teams were spending far too much time manually logging deliveries and then chasing people to collect their parcels. Traizr has streamlined that process considerably. Now, once a delivery is recorded in the system, the recipient is notified automatically, so staff spend much less time sending follow-ups or checking whether items have been collected. As a result, the team has been freed up to focus on other day-to-day building responsibilities instead of parcel administration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
