What do you like best about Trainual?

Super easy to use:

It's really easy to create new training modules, it's easy to assign them as well. Tracking progress is a breeze.

The UI/UX is logical and doesn't require an advanced degree to understand.

Trainual removes the barriers to effectively training employees.

With trainual, I can trust that new employees are learning exactly what they need and I can focus on other aspects of the business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trainual?

Can't think of anything actually negative. Having a dark-mode option would be nice to have however. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Trainual solving and how is that benefiting you?

Onboarding and training remote employees can often suck. There always seems to be a "lost in translation" moment when you are in Scottsdale, but your newest employee is in Cleveland.

However, Trainual honestly changed all that. Delivering important information that is easily accessible, updatable, and scalable is super easy with Trainual.

We've grown from 5 employees to 300. Training them all would be nearly impossible without Trainual.

As a company, we that believe culture fit is extremely important, possibly more important than technical ability. However, if you don't have the ability to train your team well, you have to resort to those who might have the technical skills, but aren't a good culture fit.

With Trainual, we can easily train and level-up our amazing employees that fit into our culture perfectly.

All you need to do is: log in \> go to Settings \> click User Settings \> scroll to the bottom of page \> turn on 'Enable Dark Mode' \> click Save Changes.
