What do you like best about Trainual?

Trainual is simple to use. You don't need training to figure it out. I love that we can do a screen record, and embed a video to show how to execute a process and we can even test our employees to gauge understanding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trainual?

Having more variety of quiz question types like fill in the blanks would be cool. There really aren't any true downsides though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Trainual:

Do it! To get started, I took a notepad and at the top of each sheet wrote the title of a process I was doing as part of my job. I had my team do the same. We filled in the steps for each process and when we were done, we had a documented procedures manual. We continued to do this over a few months and then started building out new stuff like online training and onboarding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Trainual solving and how is that benefiting you?

Trainual is a hybrid between online training and process documentation. It works well for both scenarios and we start using it on day 1 with new employees for onboarding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
