What do you like best about Trainual?

I am so excited to start documenting our company's procedures and processes as well as onboarding documents for new employee training. THANK YOU for building such a beautiful platform to do so. What do you dislike about Trainual?

There were some features I wanted right from the get go that I asked about because I didn't see them in the system. Everything I asked about was already in the development pipeline to be implemented in the following quarter. So, this isn't really a dislike after all. I love that Trainual takes all of the feedback from real customers and immediately starts implementing solutions for the hot ticket items that customers are asking for. What problems is Trainual solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our company has been operating out of Dropbox and G Suite. Both great tools when used well, but our G Suite has turned into a really disorganized collection of all the things from all the users and is difficult to navigate unless you can remember just what you need to search for.

I am looking forward to our team collaborating over the next year to transition our knowledge base to Trainual, externally linking things when needed, but specifically documenting all areas of our business in creative and engaging ways.

We've also lacked a streamlined onboarding process for new employees and this will certainly help us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
