Anyone familiar with Typeform knows just how simple it is to use, while being powerful, beautiful, and just a joy to create and manage forms in. I can think of no better analogue than this for Typeform. The service Trainual has created is a piece of cake to use, and they appear to have catered for everything. Want to preview what users see while you're editing a topic? Just hit a switch right there in the interface. Want to allow users to see topic names that they don't have access to and allow them to request access? It's available in the Library and is handled beautifully by Trainual. The thing is just noice! The speed in edit mode when Steps are loaded up with multiple images and gifs could be optimised, but it's not excruciatingly slow. Just noticeably slow... The integrations available could be expanded - which at this point would really just be a nice-to-have. What problems is Trainual solving and how is that benefiting you? We're rolling out all of our processes companywide in Trainual. Compared to Confluence docs, this thing is just a pleasure to use. We'll finally have a way to create training documentation in a standardised format that we specify, be able to assign subjects to staff to complete, be able to easily track who has completed the topics, and manage retraining when the content changes!
