What do you like best about Trainual?

Trainual is our bible for our internal processes and systems. Our team members know that if they have a question, to look for the answer in Trainual first, before asking anyone else. If that answer isn't in Trainual, once it is figured out, we add that answer into Trainual. The platform is super easy to use. It's easy to add new projects and threads. What problems is Trainual solving and how is that benefiting you?

Trainual gives us one place where ALL of our processes and systems live. Most, if not all, answers needed in our company can be found in one place -- Trainual. Google Docs are tough to organize and the sharing system can be confusing. Trainual makes it easy for sharing as only certain people access certain things within the platform. It's also easy to assign new employees to particular systems and know how far they've gotten. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
