What do you like best about Trainual?

In the beginning, we documented our policies and procedures in word docs saved on the server. As our firm has grown, we realized the need for more central, user-friendly process documentation to create uniformity in our project output. Trainual has proven to have the best UI for our group & will allow us to expand to multiple locations while maintaining uniformity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trainual?

There isn't much to dislike, honestly. If I have to pick one thing, it would be that I would prefer a double click option to open each section, instead of clicking only on the edit tool. This is a very minor issue, and it won't stop us from using, nor does it interfere with our use of trainual. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Trainual solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have been working in our own heads for years. Client information can now be shared. Best practices, and how to improve them, is now available to each team member. We've been able to move our handbook & annual policy updates to trainual, using the test option at the end to email acknowledgments to HR. It really has been a godsend! We've also included client-specific data, so while trainual doesn't work as a crm, it does help to centralize information about our clients that we don't otherwise have a place for. For instance, if a client likes chocolates, we can report it in trainual so each strategist knows to have chocolates available at meetings with that client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
