What do you like best about Trainual?

I like having an online vault for our processes and protocols. When the staff asks, "How do I...", I always direct them to Trainual. It also helps me know what subjects belong there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trainual?

I would like a legal, time and date stamped signature on some documents - such as our Employee handbook. I would like the option to create an addendum and have that signed too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Trainual:

If you are starting from scratch, build your SOP directly into Trainual. Save yourself time and make it easier for your employees to find what they need and always have it at their fingertips. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Trainual solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have added the Google Drive Search app to our company Chrome extensions (we use G-Suite). With one click, the staff can search any term, Trainual pops up, they are logged in, and their search results populate. It is so fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
