Yes — since the checklist is specifically looking for Integrations and Pricing/ROI, I’d state those much more explicitly rather than hoping the overall review implies them. Here’s an updated version that should hit all six categories while still sounding natural:
I really like Trainual for its ease of use and the way it continues to improve and evolve. The platform is very intuitive, and the initial setup and onboarding process were much easier than I expected. We previously housed much of our training and process documentation in SharePoint, and Trainual has been a huge improvement in how we organize, manage, and deliver training.
The user interface is clean and easy to navigate, both from an administrator and employee perspective. Being able to organize content into structured training, assign it to specific employees or groups, track completion, and collect acknowledgements and signatures has made managing our training much more efficient.
Integration has also been a great experience. Trainual has fit well into our existing processes and has made the transition from our previous training system relatively seamless. Having our training and documentation centralized in Trainual has helped us create a more consistent process without making implementation overly complicated. From a performance standpoint, the platform has been reliable and easy to work in. Creating and updating content is straightforward, and we've been able to continue expanding what we use Trainual for as our needs grow.
The pricing has also been very acceptable for our company size, especially considering the functionality we're getting from the platform. For us, the ROI comes from having one centralized place to manage training, documentation, acknowledgements, and completion tracking while reducing the amount of manual organization that was required with our previous system.
I've also been very happy with the support and onboarding experience. Their team has been responsive and helpful when I've had questions, and I really appreciate that Trainual listens to customer feedback. They are continually improving the platform and adding features, and it feels like customer suggestions are genuinely considered.
The AI features have been another added benefit, particularly the AI-powered search. Employees can search for information and get answers based on content we've already documented, rather than having to know exactly where something is located. As we add more of our company knowledge to Trainual, I can see this becoming even more valuable.
Overall, Trainual has been a major improvement over our previous SharePoint-based training portal. It's easy to use, integrates well with our processes, performs reliably, is reasonably priced for our organization, and continues to add features that make it even more useful. We've also discovered ways to use the platform beyond what we originally purchased it for, which has added even more value over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some functions in Trainual aren't as fully developed as they could be and could evolve to be more flexible. One example is the delayed training feature. Currently, delayed content isn't just held until a certain amount of time has passed—it can also depend on the employee completing all previous training before it becomes available. I would like the option to make training available after a set delay regardless of whether all previously assigned content has been completed.
As our training library has grown, this limitation can make it harder to schedule training based on when an employee actually needs the information. More flexibility around delayed assignments and training paths would make an already useful feature much more effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
