Trainual has allowed us to build our company playbook. We can organize every process, document, and piece of information about how the company operates in a single platform. It has helped us standardize new-hire onboarding, develop role-based training, assign ownership of SOPs, and, finally, track training assignments and completion. The initial implementation was very lengthy and took several weeks of content building. Importing Word and PDF documents wasn’t compatible with the platform’s formatting, which made it difficult to bring existing content in cleanly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
