I love how Trainual makes it easy to build training modules with text, video, and GIFs, and I can track completion effectively. The platform is simple and intuitive with its easy-to-use interface and great searchability. I also appreciate its reliable performance and responsive support. It allows employees to self-service, reducing the need to reach out to managers constantly. We can update the material once, and everyone has access to the materials all in one place, which is very convenient. The initial setup was very easy, and that was a big plus for us. I think Trainual could be better with more customization and flexibility, particularly in formatting or editing options.
