I really like that Trainual is easy to use and has a fun, interactive space. After surveying my team, they mentioned enjoying the interactive features like gifs and quizzes. They found these elements engaging and fun. It is a really useful tool for the team to be able to brush up on their knowledge about our systems and products, all in one central location. It is really quick and easy to create content for the team, and we can review the leaderboard to see which departments and which content is being reviewed the most. I'm generally struggling to get the kitchen on board with using Trainual. The bar and the front of house are not a problem, but the kitchen has been tough to engage. Another issue is that we're based in Spain. We initially set up the platform in English knowing it translates in the web browser, but it would be really nice if the app could also be available in Spanish. This way, our Spanish-speaking team members could easily use it on their phones rather than having to access it via a web browser or on a computer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
