I use Trainual as our company's main hub to find information, which is especially helpful for onboarding and HR policies. I love that it serves as a 'one stop shop', reducing frequent questions and saving time for both employees and managers. I also enjoy the ability to make content fun by adding GIFs, which makes reading about procedures more enjoyable. The AI feature to change writing styles is fantastic because it keeps our content fluid and coherent, particularly with so many collaborators. Additionally, setting it up was incredibly easy and intuitive; migrating our content required minimal training time.
