What problems is Trail Consult Inc solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest cost of our old reporting process wasn’t money—it was our team’s time. We relied on Excel spreadsheets and spent an enormous amount of time manually entering data and preparing reports. Even with all that effort, the information could be outdated by the time we were ready to use it.
Now, our entire team has access to live dashboards, without anyone having to manually enter the data. Everyone can see current information when they need it, rather than waiting for someone to put a report together. Instead of spending so much time assembling information, we can focus on what it tells us, what needs attention, and what to do next. That is a much better use of our team’s time.
This was not a simple project. The dashboards were complex, and some were entirely new to us—not just updated versions of reports we already used. We really appreciated the close communication throughout the project and being able to work through the details together. That ongoing communication was especially important given the complexity of what we were building.
