What do you like best about TradeData.Pro?

What impresses me most is how intuitive the dashboard layout is. Even for team members without much technical background, they can navigate through trade records and run market analysis without lengthy training sessions. It cuts down our on‑boarding time significantly and keeps our whole sales team self‑sufficient for overseas market intelligence work. Good value for the core trade data functions; pricing is fair, though improved alert features would make it even better for the cost.

What do you dislike about TradeData.Pro?

I find the alert notification system quite limited. There is no way to set up custom‑configured real‑time alerts for specific product movements or competitor shipping activities. We still need to log in and run manual searches frequently to track market changes, which adds extra routine workload for our team. Before using TradeData.Pro, we relied heavily on fragmented public reports and third‑party agent feedback to study overseas markets. It was slow to identify genuine buyers and hard to verify actual import volumes. This platform eliminates that guesswork. It gives us direct visibility into real shipment activity, helping us prioritize high‑potential markets and qualify prospects.
