"After Much Research - Trackxi is The One"

What do you like best about Trackxi?

For starters, the owner. He provided top-shelf service to this new user. He is highly successful in our real estate industry...but genuinely modest. Nice to work with. He has a unique appreciation and expansive knowledge of how it all works and has been able to pull a team together to provide the industry with this tool. Priceless if you ask me.

After much research Trackxi was the one Real Estate Transaction Tracker, Client, and Project Management platform that caught our attention. Ease of Use was a huge factor for this mature admin. :) The support falls right in line with the owner's commitment to providing a quality product and experience. We are continuing to learn all that this software can do for us and are excited to see how they grow along with their client base. A fan of this product! THANK YOU TRACKXI!! What do you dislike about Trackxi?

No downside has been determined. I am pretty new to this so still learning how to take advantage of all it has to offers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Trackxi solving and how is that benefiting you?

As an Admin, there are several ways Trackxi is benefiting me, even though I am still pretty new to it all. Tracking of each transaction and the players involved, this alone has been instrumental. To not have to search through emails to determine who all needs to be included on email communications from me following the initiation of a pending deal, is awesome. Helping to maintain the required documents and their completion by agents and their client(s) is another big plus. The system allows for you to customize your workflow and tasks, so our office requirements are front and center to me until completion. Project Tracking and building our policies and procedures within the system are next on the list and should provide reassurance to the company that business can continue if someone new has to sit down and run with it.
