What do you like best about TrackSmart Scheduling?

We use tracksmart for the scheduling feature. And not really much else. It's easy to view your schedule, others schedules, offer up shifts and snag shifts from others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering TrackSmart Scheduling:

What problems is TrackSmart Scheduling solving and how is that benefiting you?
