What do you like best about TRACK Platform?

Track provides visibility to ensure we are paying contractors accurately and according to contract terms. Interfaces with our ERP systems automates the payment process to ensure we pay our contractors timely. In my opinion, making it a win for our organization as well as our contractors.

Track University is an added bonus in that all users have access to learn. It's a great training tool!

What do you dislike about TRACK Platform?

I'm hard pressed to find anything I dislike about Track! Training was once a challenge but when Track University was introduced it provided extra training materials and videos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TRACK Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Track helps us ensure we are paying contractors according to the contract terms. In the past invoices, with pages and pages of back up, would arrive 30 days or more after the work was finished. Invoice approvers struggled to understand what they were paying. With Track there is daily visibility. Also, the data can help make better decisions for future contracts.
