I love the benchmarks—they provide amazing insight into brands and competitors. I also really like the discovery tools; they offer solid visibility into audiences, numbers, and everything overall. And I prefer VIT much more than EMV or any other metrics, because it gives a clearer, more complete picture. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The biggest downside for me is VIT optimisation. I do believe VIT is a great tool and a valuable metric; however, the way it’s calculated could be refined so brands have a much more accurate way of understanding their impact.
Right now, a high VIT is often still calculated for influencers and creators with low audience credibility scores. How can a creator have meaningful VIT with a 20% audience credibility score? To me, this has a big impact, and adjusting VIT for creators who have bought followers would encourage brands to stop working with those people.
This is the heart and soul of Traackr and currently I believe we have inflated numbers.
Another topic I would say is a small refinement to categorisation - currently fragrance/makeup categorisation is not up to par and a lot of times content is being picked up on different axes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
