What do you like best about Traackr?

The UI is very easy to use. I use it for benchmarking so all the stats regularly update and I'm able to export everything into Excel for further analysis. Additionally, the total number of creators they track is quite good, meaning we can always find someone we need. I also love my CS team. Go Neal! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Traackr?

The search functionality for influencers can definitely be improved. Sometimes it includes VIP talent that doesn't fit my requirements, i.e., Mr. Beast shows up and I'm not sure what attribute would result in him coming in. Sometimes it's just hard to find niche creators once you start applying filters, which I'm not sure if something that other vendors are able to solve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Traackr solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had difficulty tracking the performance of influencers and understanding the benchmarks we should set. Additionally, we didn't know how to benchmark our efforts to the industry at large. Both of these were fixed with Traackr, who provided benchmarks for creators that we can use for all of our campaigns. Similarly, VIT allowed us to benchmark against our competitors in an apples-to-apples way. Another thing is the campaign tracking, which facilitated collecting content and inputting metrics, saving several hours per campaign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
