What do you like best about Towbook Management Software?

I love that the interface is user friendly, and all of the features make dispatching simple and effective. My absolute favorite feature (which is new) is the address prediction! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Towbook Management Software?

The only issue I have is the amount of time that it takes for everything to come back up when the system crashes. Other than that, I love it all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Towbook Management Software:

I would highly recommend this software to anyone in the tow industry! This software gives you the ability to easily keep track of your drivers, calls, payments, and basically everything you can think of! I could not imagine being a tow dispatcher without it!
