It is a platform that manages learning through online courses via video calls, live chat, workshops and webinars, where different topics are discussed either for personal training or to discuss internal issues of any company, It has been a very useful platform because apart from being easy to implement, it optimizes remote work since each employee can interact effectively with customers through live chat either for technical support or to sell any product, Tovuti also has a very effective and quite flexible customization, especially with API applications, all within an intuitive, eye-catching and very structured interface. This platform despite being very easy to manipulate, has very few features that tend to be difficult to customize, they should make more flexible customization in some areas of the courses so that the implementation of the courses is for anyone without preparation can have access to these functions and so that companies can enjoy these customers. Our learning and training system for customers was quite deficient, we chose to work with Tovuti LMS because we did a free trial and it was above what we aspired, now we can conduct webinars and live chat that serve us to instruct our customers with any incovenience they present with our services and also works internally to make conference and update us with information without having to meet in person, in addition to the knowledge that is handled in the company Tovuti is extremely easy to manipulate and customize for our needs.
