It is a learning management platform that is aimed at both customers to introduce them to the subject of the company and for employees to learn new functions to have better management of operations in relation to customer acquisition and evalute the way to perform marketing, this tool contains an exceptional support that is aware of any incovenience and has a very easy to use interface and multiple tools to customize the courses allowing to create an exchange of views with the work teams achieving harmonize and strength connections to have better knowledge about the new demands of customers. Being a platform that can only be used on the web has a factor that generates discomfort when you are in the middle of a course and if you want to go back in any step you are completely expelled from the page having to start again. With Tovuti LMS we have improved the management of learning within the company and we also keep updated all employees of new changes or new technologies, as with our customer base that like to keep informed of the technologies that we handle we can train them through the virtual classroom that contains this tool, this also has the benefit of creating groups of interaction between our customers and employees through learning groups where we can manage to collect enough information to examine our product and improve the ability to promote them.
