My staff finds it easy to use and navigate. Tovuti welcomes ideas and uses that information for constant product improvement. Their technical support is wonderful. Users generally don't need help, but for my technology-challenged staff (and we all have a few), I have built how-to instructions and posted them in the media library to help them out. We can use the system to track all training requirements for funders, accreditors, and licensing agencies - not just our corporate procedures and compliance training. Prior to Tovuti, each program manager had spreadsheets and files they kept on every employee to manage and track the external training requirements. Now, I have built courses in Tovuti, which can be assigned, tracked, and will be part of the users transcript when auditors come in. These courses give instructions to the user, provide external links to the trainings, and require the user to upload the certificates they receive for my approval.
